The International Technical Communication Qualifications Foundation (ITCQF®) has announced the completion of first Polish training and examination session for the Foundation Level of ITCQF® certification program – Certified Technical Communication Professional. The session has been delivered by ITtraining (one of ITCQF certified training providers) and took place in Cracow, Poland. A two days long session has been followed by exam, where all trainees could immediately check the effectiveness of the training and earn their well deserved certificates.
Dariusz Drezno, Member of the Board at ITCQF®: “It was a critical milestone for both our organization and the training provider (ITtraining). We are really happy to see that the training was well perceived and participants consistently expressed the opinion that it was a real value-added time for them and their businesses. I would like to emphasize the fact, that during this session we received a lot of constructive feedback related to Foundation Level Syllabus for Certified Technical Communication Professional scheme and accompanying training materials. This proves that the Polish techcomm community is really mature and professional and it was a good move to organize one of the first training sessions in Cracow. We are already improving our training materials to incorporate this valuable input before next sessions which are scheduled soon. ”
