Announcement: New ITCQF® Working Group will focus on Technical Communication Automation

The International Technical Communication Qualifications Foundation (ITCQF®) establishes Technical Communication Automation Working Group to start working on a new syllabus focused on practical technologies and tools used to automate content creation processes.

The Technical Communication Automation Working Group has started preparing materials for the Technical Communication Automation training and certification programme. It is a specialized add-on based on ITCQF® Foundation in the Certified Technical Communication Professional (CTCP) scheme.

Marcin Górski, Vice-President at ITCQF®: “We are happy to announce that shortly after a successful launch of the Foundation Level training, we were able to create a new group focused strictly on technical communication automation and respond to high demand expressed by trainees and their employers. We have teamed up with experts in the area of tools and solutions for technical communication to work on our first add-on and develop further our scheme. Although automation is a hot topic in the world of software and hardware products’ development, manufacturing and testing, there is still insufficient expertise in applying corresponding solutions in the field of technical communication. Our goal is to create an advanced training that will help technical communication professionals streamline manual activities in the content creation process.”
